Please note: stayDublin.com reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Q: How is key handover arranged?
A: Check-in is at our reception desks, located at the Millennium Tower or Christchurch Hall, depending on where you have chosen to stay. Please note that the Capel Street apartments are located approximately 450 metres (500 yards) from the Millennium Tower, where check-in for these apartments takes place.
Keys to the apartment will be given at check-in. Our reception desks are open 24 hours, so late arrivals or early departures can be arranged.
Q: What is meant by self-catering apartment?
A: A self-catering apartment is not serviced daily, as in a hotel. Additionally, cooking, cleaning and washing are done by the guest. However, for stays of more than one week, the apartment will be serviced once weekly, and fresh towels supplied every fourth day. If additional cleaning is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in is at 14:30, and check out is at 11:00 am. Depending on the availability of the apartment, you may be able to check-in to your apartment earlier than this, though this cannot be guaranteed.
As we need to have access to the apartment to service it prior to the arrival of the next guest(s), we request that guests leave the apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Subject to availability, an afternoon/evening check-out may be arranged at an extra cost.
Q: Can a booking be extended?
A: Subject to availability, a booking may be extended. However, we cannot guarantee the same nightly rate. Generally, extra nights will be charged at the rates applicable at the time.

These apartments are covered by the Millennium Tower, where check-in takes place. The reception desk at the Ellis Quay apartments is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7 days a week.
Q: Our flight leaves late in the day. Can we leave our luggage somewhere?
A: If you wish to store your luggage for a few hours after you depart, we are happy to oblige.
