Are the apartments furnished?
Each apartment is fully-furnished with bedroom(s), bathroom(s) and living room with kitchen. Each apartment also includes a TV (+ DVD player in some apartments), refrigerator, washing machine, cutlery, towels and linen (+ sofabeds in most apartments).

Are the apartments centrally located?
We have 183 apartments in 4 different locations in Dublin City Centre. All apartments are located within 3-10 minutes' walk from the Temple Bar district. Temple Bar can be considered the centre point of the city. All the main shopping districts, such as Grafton Street and Henry Street are also just a few minutes away on foot.

Is a security deposit required?
A deposit of €250 may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact.
stayDublin.com reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).

What is the Prepay and Save rate?
This is a discounted rate only available when you book 30 days or more in advance and prepay in full. No amendments or refunds can be processed if the reservation is subsequently cancelled.

When is payment of the balance required?
Any outstanding balance will be charged upon arrival.

Are there any other fees or charges?
No administration charges will be applied at the time of booking. Phone charges (where available) are charged by usage. All other normal charges (Internet/electricity/gas/water/heating etc.) are covered in the nightly charge. Excessive usage of electricity may result in an extra charge to the cardholder and/or guest(s). To avoid exceeding the electricity allowance, we request that guests turn off any appliances/lighting/heating when not in use.
Please ensure that apartments are left in good condition - all waste placed in waste bin, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils washed. Otherwise, an additional charge of €25 will be applied.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt.
Deposits paid are non-refundable. Prepay and Save rates are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to cancellations@staydublin.com. Confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. Client and Booking Agent do not guarantee that emails sent are received. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation. Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below.
Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.
- Cancellations must be received prior to 12 noon (Irish time) two days before the arrival date, and received by email to cancellations@staydublin.com. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline, other than the loss of any deposit paid.
- If Client notifies of cancellation after 12 noon (Irish time) and within two days of the arrival date, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
- Cancellations are not permitted on Prepay and Save rates.

How is key handover arranged?
If you are staying at Augustine Apartments, Millennium Tower and Walk Apartments or Christchurch Hall Apartments check-in is at our onsite 24 Hour Reception desks.
For the Temple Bar Loft Apartment check-in is in Millennium Tower and Walk Apartments.

What is meant by Self Catering Apartment?
A self catering apartment is not serviced daily as in a hotel. Additionally, cooking, cleaning and washing are done by the guests. However, for stays of more than one week, the apartment will be serviced once weekly and fresh towels supplied every fourth day. If additional cleaning is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 14:30, and check out is at 11:00am. Depending on the availability of the apartment you may be able to check-in to your apartment earlier than this, though this cannot be guaranteed.
As we need to have access to the apartment to service it prior to the arrival of the next guest(s), we request that guests leave the apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Subject to availability, an afternoon/evening check-out may be arranged at an extra cost.

Can a booking for accommodation be extended?
Subject to availability, a booking may be extended. However, we cannot guarantee the same nightly rate. Generally extra nights will be charged at the rates applicable at the time.

Is Car Parking available?
We supply secure parking facilities at our Augustine Apartments at a cost of €14/day. There are also several car parks located near our other apartments. Additionally, street parking is available in many areas close to the apartments.

Are the Reception Desks open 24 hours?
Yes, our reception desks located at the Augustine Apartments, Millennium Tower and Walk Apartments and Christchurch Hall Apartments are open 24 hours.

Our flight leaves late in the day. Can we leave our luggage somewhere?
If you wish to store your luggage for a few hours after you depart we are happy to oblige.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen luggage/personal items, and that luggage/personal items are left at the owners' risk.

How many sets of keys can we have?
Currently we give one set of keys for each apartment.
